Northwest Crossing Second-Story Remodel—Bend, OR

The new homeowners of this charming Northwest home wanted to add on to their scant second-story space, located directly in the center of the footprint. Although the addition is a modest one, logistically it was riddled with demanding complications and required extensive planning before breaking ground: a strict HOA, nearly zero staging area and the owners needed to continue occupying their residence part-time. Despite these challenges and all the surprise encounters throughout the process, we still came in ahead of schedule and on budget.
