Open Plan Remodel—Redondo Beach, CA

This intensive project’s goal was to create an open plan design in an older house that felt cramped and outdated. The highlight to make this happen was the removal of a load-bearing wall which we replaced with a hidden solid beam. The project also involved re-routing electrical, pouring concrete footings and finishing surfaces so any trace of the old layout dissapeared.
