A young couple purchased this property to act as both a vacation home for themselves and as a short-term rental. The upgrades were extensive, but most notably was the reconfiguration of the master bathroom. The process involved removing the small shower enclosure away from the toilet and out of the water closet and building a new, larger custom shower on the opposite side of the vanity.
